We collect your data when you initially contacted us through the website or direct with us relating exclusively to accommodation, farming, walking, filming, fishing or shooting activities on the Egton Estate.

We may ask you from time to time to update any old data consisting of: change of mobile phone numbers, addresses, etc. This may be a request in an email, by post or by telephone.

Our secure server keeps hold of this information until it is not required by us anymore.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

Your details are kept on our records for as long as you require our services.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS OVER YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Access to the personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to ask us to correct your personal data when incorrect or incomplete. You have the right to ask us to remove any personal data you feel is not relevant to trading with us.
